Owen's Wordless Wednesday

For his birthday, Owen received this Fisher Price digital camera from his grandparents. Rest assured, however, that his is a very manly red and blue.

Owen's birthday was at the end of February, but I have just now downloaded pictures from the camera onto the computer.

The results were enlightening. Clearly, Owen is surrounded by giants and monsters.

I have a better understanding of his constant need to stand on tables, chairs, counter-tops, and sofas.

You quickly see what is important in his life:

And, more importantly, who is important in his life:

Although the quality of the camera may be lacking, there is joy to be found when you look through Owen's eyes. I know this for a fact.

How cute! I probably should download the pics from my kids' cameras. I always just delete them. :-( Bad Mommy...

I've been wanting to get something like that for Isabella so that she can snap away all day long if she wishes. Completely adorable!

These are awesome pictures!
When we first got one of these cameras, the pics weren't that awesome---but now the kids are getting pretty good at it!

I love the one with Joel squishing your face--from Owen's view!!

You guys are freakishly tall compared to him. Also, you seem a little out of focus. Perhaps you should meditate.

I LOVE all the pictures of Joel. You do such a good job making sure those two boys love each other. I hope to follow your lead whenever there is a baby #2 in our lives.

My BFF's little girl took over their digital camera when we went to Disney. It was amazing to look at some of her captures. I love to view the world through their eyes. My mom calls it "a world of knees".

I love all the pics, fuzzy or not~ My kids got a Disney Jr. Pix or something like that and you can add in Disney characters, like Princess Jasmin into the pic with the person, it is soo cool and it is neat to see things from their point of view.

This is 100% incredible. I often find random pics on my own camera that my kids have taken...Barbies, TV shows, our cat, each other, ME. Wow.

I think Nino would enjoy the pink and purple one actually. Owen is quite the little photographer I say!!! Big hugs to all of you on Mother's Day.
