Hope is A Thing With Green Feathers.

Welcome, my green sanctuary.

I have been waiting for you.

Your annual rebirth and redemption...

...is an Alleluia on a vine.

My soul is full in your loveliness.

Why didn't you show me those pix last fall when I should have planted something?? My kids have begun to ask when our flowers will be coming up. I am such a planting failure.

I believe that this year we all need spring more than ever before. And you know what? It is coming. It is running towards us.

You have tulips already!

Just noticed stuff sprouting today now that the damn snow is finally melted. And the sun is warm and it's still light as I clean up from dinner

It's about time!

Those tulips are like a breath of fresh air, a gentle breeze. Oh how I love spring!

Your pictures ALMOST made me miss continental climate. There is nothing like the arrival of spring after a long nasty winter.

Yes! I've been worshipping my little tuff of Lillies coming back. But none of my bushes are showing signs of life yet.
